2. The Minister for Finance hereby deputes the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, to exercise the powers of the Minister under section 4 of the Development Fund Act (Cap. 80) for the purposes set out in paragraph 7 of the Schedule to that Act in respect of any capital injection which does not exceed $10 million from the Development Fund into any statutory corporation, and to determine the terms and conditions for such capital injections.
