Common Gaming Houses Act
Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 25) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 25) Notification 2010.

—(1) The Minister hereby exempts the People’s Association from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “PAssion Draw” promotion to be held from 1st July 2010 to 30th June 2011 (both dates inclusive) and the draws on 18th November 2010, 18th February 2011, 18th May 2011 and 18th August 2011.
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the People’s Association with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 1st July 2010.
