Town Councils Act
Town Councils (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 10) Order 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24B(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board and the Town Council for the Town of Sembawang, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Town Councils (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 10) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 29th December 2006.
2. The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.
THE SCHEDULE
All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Woodlands Street 83 comprised in Lot number 2854A (part) in Mukim No. 13 and on which Apartment Block 831 is erected, and which is more particularly delineated in the Plan.
