12. Paragraph 33 of the Eleventh Schedule to the principal Order is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (2) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(2) Notwithstanding any air traffic control clearance —
(a)
the pilot in command of a taxiing aircraft shall ensure that the aircraft does not collide with any other aircraft or with any vehicle or obstacle while the aircraft is taxiing; and
(b)
the leader of the towing crew shall ensure that the aircraft does not collide with any other aircraft or with any vehicle or obstacle while the aircraft is being towed.”.
