Delete the words “any written law” in paragraph (b) of the definition of “authorised person” and substitute the words “the Police Force Act 2004”.
(b) Section 3 (1)
 
Delete the words “, additional constables and peace officers” in paragraph (c) (v) and substitute the words “or any Auxiliary Police Force created under the Police Force Act 2004, and any additional constables and peace officers”.
