12. Section 50 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:
50. The Insurance Act (Cap. 142) shall not apply —
(a)
to anything done by the Board under this Part; or
(b)
to the transfer of any of the Board’s liabilities under the Scheme under section 49A(1) or (3).”.
