38. Section 43C of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of subsection (1)(b);
(b)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (c) of subsection (1) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:
“(d)
the period of each approval, and the conditions subject to which a specified insurer may be or may continue to be approved; and
(e)
such supplementary matters as he may consider necessary or expedient.”; and
