Exempt Charities
The following institutions, so far as they are charities, are exempt charities within the meaning of this Act:
(a)
any university or educational institution, hospital or religious body established by an Act of Parliament; and
(b)
any other institution which the Minister by order declares to be an exempt charity for the purposes of this Act.
