—(1) Sections 5(1) and (5), 15 and 29 of the Act and the rules specified in the Schedule shall not apply to the use on any roads in Singapore of any vehicle that —
(a)
is owned by any Government agency, statutory authority or company operating within any aerodrome maintained and managed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, and kept or used exclusively within that aerodrome;
(b)
is used on the road for the purpose of conveyance between Singapore Changi Airport and Singapore Airshow Exhibition Centre in connection with the Singapore Airshow 2008 event; and
(c)
the Registrar has approved for use on those roads.
(2) The exemption in respect of any vehicle under sub-paragraph (1) is subject to conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 9th February 2008 addressed to the vehicle owner referred to in sub-paragraph (1)(a).
