Amendment of paragraph 65

5. Paragraph 65 of the principal Order is amended —

(a)

by deleting sub-paragraph (b) of sub-paragraph (1) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(b)

a certified aerodrome.”; and

(b)

by deleting sub-paragraph (2) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

“(2) The aircraft referred to in sub-paragraph (1) shall take-off or land in accordance with any conditions subject to which the aerodrome may have been so certified or notified, or subject to which such permission may have been given.”.
