Amendment of section 144
45.  Section 144(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a) and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:
“(aa)
it may be necessary to give a direction or take any action in relation to futures contracts under section 81; or”.
