12. Section 12 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “weighing or measuring equipment” wherever they appear in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “weighing or measuring instrument”;
(b)
by deleting the word “equipment” in subsection (2) and substituting the word “instrument”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “weighing or measuring equipment” in the marginal note and substituting the words “weighing or measuring instrument”.
