Amendment of section 91
35.  Section 91 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “Disciplinary Committee” wherever they appear in subsections (1), (2), (5), (6) and (7) and in the section heading and substituting in each case the words “Disciplinary Tribunal”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:
“(1A)  If the members of a Disciplinary Tribunal are unable to reach a unanimous decision on any matter, the matter shall be decided in accordance with the decision of the president of the Disciplinary Tribunal.”.
