23. Section 66A of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:
“(2) Where the Board has required a member of the Fund to refund or transfer to his ordinary account or special account such amount as may be prescribed by any regulations made under section 77(1)(n), a certificate purporting to be issued by the Board certifying the amount due from the member at any date shall, in any proceedings relating to the recovery of that amount, be prima facie evidence that the amount so stated is due and payable by the member named in the certificate at that date.”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “on non-payment of contributions” in the section heading.
