2. Section 101 of the Act shall not apply to a vehicle which bears any registration number set out in the Schedule and which —
(a)
is used as a private hire car between 4th October 2011 and 8th October 2011 (both dates inclusive) by the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry for the purpose of the event known as the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention 2011;
(b)
has valid insurance cover for its use as a private hire car when it is so used; and
(c)
displays a label issued by the Registrar in such manner as he may require.
