5.
—(1) The floors of all licensed premises shall be laid with concrete or other impervious material approved by the Commissioner and shall be properly graded to the drains. The drains shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of any regulations made under the Building Control Act (Cap. 29).
(2) The height of a stable or cattle-shed shall not be less than 2.5 metres measured from the floor to the eaves.
(3) There shall be an open space of not less than 4.5 metres in width all round the stable or cattle-shed which shall be measured from the external posts of the boundary of the licensed premises.
(4) A stable or cattle-shed shall be so constructed as to afford floor space for —
(a)
each horse or buffalo kept therein of not less than 3 metres in length and 2 metres in breadth;
(b)
each cow or bullock kept therein of not less than 3 metres in length and one metre in breadth; and
(c)
every 10 sheep or goats kept therein of not less than 14 square metres,
and the floor space shall in each case not include the space occupied by any food store, manger or central or side drain of the premises.
(5) The floor surface of a stable or cattle-shed shall be at least 30 centimetres higher than the mean level of the open space.
