—(1) Any person who contravenes regulation 4, 5, 6 or 7 may be ordered out of the Central Water Catchment Area or Catchment Area Park by any police officer or authorised officer and may be refused admission thereto by the police officer or authorised officer.
(2) This regulation shall not be construed as preventing any person from being prosecuted for any contravention of regulation 4, 5, 6 or 7.
