35.
—(1) Any licence, certificate, permit, permission, authorisation, approval, exemption, order, manual or other document issued, granted or made by the Minister under any provision of the principal Order in force immediately before 2nd August 2010 and which remains valid on that date shall, as from that date, continue and be deemed to have been issued, granted or made by the Chief Executive under the corresponding provision of the principal Order as amended by this Order.
(2) Where any application for any licence, certificate, permit, exemption, permission or other approval which has been made to the Minister under any provision of the principal Order in force immediately before 2nd August 2010 is still pending on that date, such application shall, as from that date, be deemed to be an application that has been made to the Chief Executive under the corresponding provision of the principal Order as amended by this Order.
