6. Section 13 of the Customs Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (b\) of subsection (2) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(b)
direct the remission or refund of the whole or any part of the customs duties, excise duties, taxes, fees or other charges which may be payable or which may have been paid by any person.”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “directing a” in subsection (3), the words “remission or”.
