—(1) The Town Council of Tanjong Pagar (Penalties and Administrative Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges, Licence Fees and Other Charges) By-laws 2002 (G.N. No. S 265/2002) are revoked.
(2) The Town Council of Jalan Besar (Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 65) shall cease to have effect with respect to the areas of the former Town of Jalan Besar that are now comprised in the Town of Tanjong Pagar.
