36.
—(1) The Committee shall consist of —
(a)
two persons appointed by the Board;
(b)
two persons elected by members of the Fund;
(c)
the chief executive officer; and
(d)
the Director of Finance of the Board.
(2) The Committee shall elect the two persons appointed by the Board as its chairman and deputy chairman.
(3) The Director of Finance of the Board shall be the Treasurer of the Committee.
