On 20/05/2013, you requested for the version in force on 20/05/2013 incorporating all amendments published on or before 20/05/2013. The closest version currently available is that of 12/12/2007.
Amendment of section 25
12.  Section 25 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (5) and substituting the following subsection:
“(5)  Any nomination made by a member of the Fund under subsection (1) shall be revoked —
(a)
by his marriage, whether the marriage was contracted before, on or after 15th May 1980; or
(b)
in such other circumstances, and in such manner, as the Board may prescribe.”.
