Town Council of Tanjong Pagar
(Common Property and Open Spaces)
(Amendment) By-laws 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Tanjong Pagar hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.   These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Tanjong Pagar (Common Property and Open Spaces) (Amendment) By-laws 2012 and shall come into operation on 4th May 2012.
Amendment of by-law 8
2.  By-law 8 of the Town Council of Tanjong Pagar (Common Property and Open Spaces) By-laws 2002 (G.N. No. S 267/2002) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “shall”, the words “, without prior written permission of the Town Council”.
