Postal Services Act
Postal Services (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51(2) of the Postal Services Act, the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Postal Services (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 2nd May 2008.
2. The following offences may be compounded in accordance with section 51 of the Act:
(a)
any offence under section 16(4) or (7), 19(2), 26E(3), 27(1), 30, 31, 33 or 46(6) of the Act; and
(b)
any offence under the Postal Services Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 231/2008).
