1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Health) Order.
2. There shall be leviable at the Ministry of Health the following fees:
(a) for an approval valid for 2 years of any institution, hospital, maternity home, clinic or other place as an approved institution for the purpose of the Termination of Pregnancy Act (Cap. 324) | $600 | ||
(b) for an approval valid for 2 years of any hospital, maternity home, clinic or other place as an approved institution for the purposes of the Voluntary Sterilization Act (Cap. 347) | $400. |
