Town Councils Act
Town Councils (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 5) Order 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24B(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board and the Town Council for the Town of Aljunied, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Town Councils (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 5) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 16th October 2006.
2. The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.
