1. This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Prescribed Goods) Notification.

—(1) Section 5(2)(b) of the Act shall not apply to the goods specified in the Schedule.
(2) The Director-General may allow such goods to be temporarily stored in a free trade zone pending removal to a Government warehouse or other approved premises licensed under the Customs Act (Cap. 70.).
