1.  This Notification may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 19th January 2007.

2.  The Minister hereby declares the places set out in the Schedule to be approved institutions for the purpose of the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts and other persons under the Act.
