Road Traffic (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2006, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006.

—(1) The Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2006 shall, with the exception of sections 17, 22 and 23, come into operation on 27th February 2006.

(2) Sections 17, 22 and 23 shall come into operation on 1st April 2006.
