(Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 13)
Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 13) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 20th July 2012.
Declaration of precincts for lift upgrading works
2.  The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.
