Amendment of section 45GA
49.  Section 45GA of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “subsection (2)” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “subsections (2) and (2A)”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “of this section” in subsection (2), the words “and subject to subsection (2A)”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:
“(2A)  For the purpose of this section, the deduction of tax under section 45 shall be at the rate of 10% of such income derived during the period from 22nd February 2010 to 31st March 2015 (both dates inclusive).”.
