Amendment of rule 10
5.  Rule 10 of the principal Rules is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (1) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(1)  A housing developer shall give to an intending purchaser of a unit in a housing project an option for the purchase which shall be in Form B in the Schedule.”.
(b)
by deleting paragraph (4).
