Penalty for behaving in a disorderly manner
17.  Any person residing in a welfare home who —
(a)
takes part in any assault or attack on any officer of the welfare home;
(b)
aggravates or repeatedly assaults any other person residing in the welfare home; or
(c)
wilfully destroys any property of the welfare home,
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $3,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
