1.  The 2 security boxes shall be delivered as soon as practicable to the Drug Analytical Laboratory and the Urine Bank.

2.  After delivery to the Drug Analytical Laboratory and the Urine Bank, the person who has custody of the key to any locked box shall unlock the box and empty its contents in the presence of the person who delivered the box.

3.  The empty security box shall be re-locked and handed back to the person who delivered the box.
