1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 3) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 6th June 2008.

2.  The Minister hereby exempts Lot 497 TS 18 at 390 Race Course Road from rule 3(3) of the Planning (Development) Rules 2008 (G.N. No. S 113/2008) with regard to the application for written permission in relation to the proposed additions and alterations to an existing 2-storey shop house which was submitted by Y.F. Chan Consulting Engineers to the competent authority on 3rd July 2007.
