2.  PSA Corporation Limited shall be exempted from the payment of the additional transfer fee prescribed in rule 31 of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) in respect of the transfer of all vehicles registered in the name of the Executive Director, Port of Singapore Authority (PSA) to PSA Corporation Limited on or after 1st October 1997 and before 15th June 1998.
