In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 7) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 20th April 2012.
2. The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.
THE SCHEDULE
1. All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3 comprised in Lot number 1237W in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Block 282 is erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 1.

2. All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Lorong 1 Toa Payoh comprised in Lot number 6332M in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 236, 237 and 240 are erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 2.

LORONG 1 TOA PAYOH
3. All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Whampoa Drive comprised in Lot numbers 09082A, 09083K, 09086L, 09087C, 09088M, 09091M, 09092W and 09093V in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 83, 84, 94, 95, 96, 99, 100 and 101 are erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 3.
