Deletion and substitution of paragraph 58A
9.  Paragraph 58A of the principal Order is deleted and the following paragraph substituted therefor:
“Power to inspect and copy documents and records
58A.  An authorised person shall have the power to inspect and copy any books, log book, documents or other records, for the purposes of carrying out any investigation, inspection or audit or to ascertain if there is, or has been, a contravention of —
(a)
this Order;
(b)
any condition attached to any licence, certificate, approval, permission, permit, exemption, authorisation or other document granted under this Order; or
(c)
the Air Operator Certificate Requirements (AOCR), the Singapore Airworthiness Requirements (SAR), the Singapore Air Safety Publications (SASP), the Singapore General Aviation Requirements (SGAR), any Airworthiness Notice or any Manual of Standards issued under this Order.”.
