—(1) The Departmental Boards of Examiners shall present the results of the examinations for the students in their respective departments to the Polytechnic Board of Examiners.
(2) The Polytechnic Board of Examiners shall consider the examination results presented to it by the Departmental Boards of Examiners.
(3) The results of all the examinations shall be presented to the Senate by the Polytechnic Board of Examiners.
