3. Paragraph 6(1) of the principal Order is amended by deleting the word “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (a) of proviso (i), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:
“(aa)
of an aircraft flying in accordance with the ferry flight authorisation contained in or attached to the operations specifications of an air operator certificate granted under paragraph 87; or”.
