“Chairman” means the Chairman of the Council;

“Council” means the Council of the Polytechnic constituted under section 5;

“Ngee Ann Kongsi” means the Ngee Ann Kongsi incorporated under the Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) Ordinance (Cap. 370);

“Polytechnic” means the Ngee Ann Polytechnic incorporated under section 3;

“Principal” means the Principal of the Polytechnic appointed under section 19(1);

“Registrar” means the Registrar of the Polytechnic appointed under section 13(1);

“Senate” means the Senate of the Polytechnic constituted under section 5;
