—(1) The Minister may make rules for any of the following purposes:
(a)
to prescribe the fees to be charged in respect of licences;
(b)
to prescribe the form of applications for licences, of licences and of the books to be kept;
(c)
to prescribe the hours during which public entertainment may be provided;
(d)
generally to give effect to the provisions of this Act.

(2) All rules made under this Act shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
