STORAGE OF DANGEROUS PETROLEUM IN QUANTITIES NOT EXCEEDING 90 LITRES
34. Before the Director grants a licence for the storage of dangerous petroleum in quantities not exceeding 90 litres, the applicant shall provide within his premises in such a position as may be approved by him one or more storage bins constructed of brickwork of a thickness of not less than 11 centimetres rendered inside with cement of a thickness not less than 1.3 centimetres and shall be in measurement 0.6 metre, by 0.6 metre, by 0.7 metre, fitted with an hinged iron lid on the top of not less than 3 millimetres thick.
