Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Registered Designs (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
Composition of offences
2.  The offences under sections 29, 59, 60 and 66 of the Act may be compounded by the Registrar, or any person authorised by him, in accordance with section 68 of the Act.
