Service by broadcast over radio or television and radio - communications pager

—(1)  When an order or a notice to report for operationally ready national service is served under section 29(2)(c) of the Act, it may be so served by broadcasting over radio and television any code or codes in words, figures or symbols as may be determined by the proper authority.
(2)  When an order or a notice to report for operationally ready national service is served under section 29(2)(j) of the Act, it may be so served by transmitting over a radio-communications pager any code or codes in words, figures or symbols as may be determined by the proper authority.
