29. The Twelfth Schedule to the principal Order is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph 6A, the following paragraph:
“Approval or certificate for inspection, overhaul, repair, replacement and modification of aircraft or aircraft components (Paragraph 8A(2))
6B. The fee to be paid by an applicant for the issue of a certificate or other form of written approval under paragraph 8A(2) of the Order for the maintenance of aircraft or aircraft components shall be as follows:
(a)
in respect of a Maintenance Organisation Approval specified in the Singapore Airworthiness Requirements, the fee shall be $1,100 per annum for each branch of the applicant’s organisation in a different geographical location; and
(b)
in respect of any other certificate or approval, there shall be no fee.”;
(b)
by deleting “10(4)(d),” in the heading of paragraph 7;
(c)
by deleting the words “10(4)(d) or” in paragraph 7(1);
(d)
by deleting the word “simulator” in paragraph 7(4) and substituting the words “flight simulation training device”; and
(e)
by inserting, immediately after the word “Minister” in paragraph 14, the words “or the Chief Executive”.
