—(1) Subject to section 131, the Authority, with the approval of the Minister, may make regulations not inconsistent with this Act for giving effect to the provisions of this Act.

(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Authority, with the approval of the Minister, may make regulations with respect to —
(a)
the fees to be paid in respect of lodgment and registration of plans and documents under this Act;
(b)
any matter which by this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed or is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to any provision of this Act.

131.
—(1) The Authority may make regulations on any of the following matters:
(a)
the preparation of plans and documents for the purposes of this Act; and
(b)
the lodgment and registration of plans under this Act.

(2) All prescribed fees collected under or in connection with any service provided by the Registrar under this Act shall be paid into the funds of the Authority.
