11. Paragraph 29 of the principal Order is amended —
(a)
by deleting sub-paragraph (1) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(1) No Singapore aircraft shall be flown for the purpose of public transport unless such requirements as are specified in the Fifth Schedule in respect of its weight and related performance have been complied with.”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “power units” in sub-paragraph (5) and substituting the word “engines”.
