PART IV
RESTRICTION ON CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AND COMPENSATION
30. No damages or compensation in respect of any subsidiary legislation made under this Act, or of any act done under this Act or such subsidiary legislation, shall be recoverable —
(a)
save under and in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Act and of any subsidiary legislation made thereunder; and
(b)
unless the claim is made within 3 months of the happening of the event which gave rise to the claim or within such further time as the Minister may, in any case or class of case, allow.
