—(1) No student shall be allowed to sit for any examination conducted by the Polytechnic unless he has paid all fees and other moneys due and payable to the Polytechnic.
(2) No student shall be allowed to sit for any examination conducted by the Polytechnic unless his head of the Department has certified that his attendance at the course leading to that examination has been satisfactory.
